| Finite Element Analysis - Linear Analysis | |

STRAND has performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for both the Airbus A340 and A380 aircraft.
The A340 work involved analysis of fuel pressures acting on the centre spar of the wing. This was performed in NASTRAN.
A380 leading edge panel models were validated and modelling errors corrected.
